Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item has a major problem (unsafe, faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose), you may choose a refund or replacement.
For minor issues, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Return Timeframe
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe your item is faulty or incorrect.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required (receipt, order confirmation, or bank statement).
Return Shipping
